Your Wanda Panda shoes have a two year warranty against all manufacturing defects. Our shoes are 100% Spanish- made. The items offered on our Online “Happy e-Shop” are a selection from the new Wanda Panda collection, and therefore fulfill the Wanda Panda quality and warranty requirements.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION?
We take care of cost shipment return.If the purchase was made in a Wanda Panda shop, the easiest way is to go directly to the shop where you made your purchase. If the purchase was made on our Online “Happy e-Shop” you can return, exchange or cancel it through the webpage itself by following the steps below to request a refund or exchange of an online purchase:
1. Go to the Your Orders section, indicate the order number and the email address through which your order was placed.
2. The system will show your order details and the options for making a return. Click on the option required.
3. Indicate the product/s you wish to return.
4. Select the reasons and/or secondary reasons. This is important since this way you can help us improve.
5. You can choose to make a return through our collection service.
6. Confirm or provide the address, date and times you wish your items to be collected.
7. Confirm the order to be returned.
8. Once you have confirmed, you will be sent an email with the return voucher.
9. HALCOURIER or UPS-MBE MAIL BOXES will send you an email within 24 hours, to confirm the address, date and time.
10. To send us the goods you wish to return, please wrap and seal the product, preferably in the original packaging, along with the return note that you will have received with the email confirmation.
Under no circumstance will Wanda panda accept any returned items on a collect on delivery basis if you decide not to select our collection service. The Online shop will not accept returns from other shops. If you have any query or issue, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR RETURNING MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
If you have returned your online purchase through the website, we will check the goods and the reasons you have given as soon as we receive them. Once checked, we will arrange a refund within a maximum of 10 working days, counting from Monday to Friday, once they have been entered our warehouse. The refund will be made using the same method used for the original payment. It will show up in your account 3-5 days following the transaction.
In general terms, you should check that the following requisites are met before returning goods:
-The product must not have been used in the case of either exchanging it or simply returning it.
-The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
-If there is a quality problem, it can be returned within 2 years.
Returns through the website:
In addition to the aforementioned requisites, the goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If you no longer have the original packaging, it must be replaced by one of similar characteristics.
If these conditions are fulfilled, Wanda Panda will refund the cost of the goods minus the original delivery costs, the new delivery costs and the cost of having the goods returned.
The handling of returns will be carried out within 10 working days, from Monday to Friday, counting from the reception of the returned goods. Once processed, a refund will be made for the corresponding amount through the original payment method.
The customer will always be responsible for the costs of delivery and returns. Under no circumstance will Wanda Panda accept any returns on a collect on delivery basis.
Through the website it is only possible to process exchanges and returns of products purchased on Wandapanda.com.
